If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at dheviherb@gmail.com or call us on 8870521076 within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. You may return most new, unopened items within 5-7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (shipping cost will be deducted). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,etc.). Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.
